If you pass your order quota
- We email you when you reach 80% and again at 90% of your order quota.
- With auto-upgrade on, you move to the next plan automatically and keep syncing.
- With auto-upgrade off, the account goes read-only at 100% and syncing pauses until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
- On Advanced you can instead allow billing for additional orders at S$0.04 each.
How an order is counted
One order on one channel is one order, however many items it contains, and however many other channels EMMA has to update as a result. Only real customer orders count towards your quota; manual stock adjustments and the inventory sync itself never do.
