EMMA works by integrating with the marketplace platforms and updating the inventory numbers on all platforms automatically whenever a new order comes in on any platform, or whenever you update the inventory number through EMMA's dashboard. We ensure reliability using our own proprietary system to ensure inventory numbers are synced correctly even during periods of high sales volume such as mega campaigns.
Which platforms are integrated with EMMA?

I sell my products in different quantities on different platforms, can the inventory numbers still be synced?
Yes! We have built in a feature of customized flexible sync rules for you to define the way the stock numbers should be synced! We believe that for our sellers to succeed, our software must be flexible enough to accommodate different selling methods such as selling in multiple quantities and selling in bundles. With our Sync Rules creator, you can ensure that even if you are selling the same product in different quantity sets on different platforms due to business or marketing reasons, the stock is still correct across the platforms.
