Thank you for trying out EMMA! Let’s get you all set up! 😁

Step 1: Sign in to your EMMA Account

You will receive an email to set your password for your EMMA account. If you do not receive the email (do check your junk folder as well), do send us an email and we’ll help you out. Click on the link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to set your account password.

After setting your password, proceed to EMMA Dashboard to sign in.

Step 2: Integrating Sales Channels (Lazada & Shopee)

Next thing to do is to integrate EMMA with your sales channels such as Lazada and Shopee marketplace accounts!

For each channel you would like to integrate, click on the “Integrate” button and a new window will open up for you to log in to your sales channel accounts to grant access:

Note sometimes Lazada Open Platform takes some time to respond to the login (up to a minute), do rest assured that this is normal

NOTE: Given that the core function of EMMA is to sync inventory across platforms, you will need to integrate at least 2 sales channels for EMMA to work.

Step 3: Checking for SKU Errors

After integrating your channels, the next step is to ensure that the SKU data of your products on the various sales channels are correct. EMMA syncs products based on the SKU of each product, please ensure that the SKU of each product is correct. After integration, EMMA will import all the products from your sales channels and also check through the SKU data of all products, ensuring that there are no duplicates or other errors.

Click on the “Inventory Overview” tab on the left menu bar:

After integration, the data from each platform is automatically pulled and if there are any errors, it will show up at the top of this page:

Please fix the SKU issues accordingly, return to the dashboard and click on the “Refresh Product List” button on the top right corner to check again until all issues are fixed. If the errors are not fixed, these products will be excluded from the sync.

Step 4: Check for any Inventory Sync Errors

After all the SKU errors are fixed, EMMA will check if there are any inventory sync errors at the point of integration. If there are any inconsistencies between the inventory numbers on different platforms, a pop-up will show the errors and prompt you to enter the correct inventory quantity.

Note: In the event that you accidentally close the pop-up box before fixing the inventory errors, simply click on the orange “Click Here To Fix” button at the top of the page to view the pop-up again.

Simply enter the correct quantity, click on the “Update Quantities” button and they will be automatically updated on the platforms:

Step 5: You are now in Sync! 🎉

EMMA is now syncing your inventory between all the sales channels you have integrated! Whenever a new order comes in, stock is automatically decreased on all other sales channels that have listed that SKU.

NOTE: After using EMMA, please only use EMMA to change stock numbers on the platforms. If you change the stock numbers manually on the marketplaces, EMMA will not be able to automatically detect the change. You will need to manually click the “Refresh Product List” button on the dashboard to update the correct quantities on EMMA.
