Sync Lazada and Shopify inventory
Lazada brings reach across six countries and Shopify is the storefront you own outright. Keeping them on one number means you can run both hard without either overselling the other.
Why this pairing goes wrong
Sellers usually list differently on the two: bundles and multipacks on Lazada to hit its price points, singles on their own store. That is precisely the case a naive one-SKU-to-one-SKU sync tool cannot handle.
What trips people up
- Bundles on one side, singles on the other
- A sync rule links the Lazada multipack to the single-unit SKU with a multiplier, so selling one 3-pack removes three units from Shopify. Rules cascade, and EMMA refuses any rule that would create a loop or contradict an existing multiplier.
- Shopify inventory tracking and location
- Turn tracking on for every product you want synced, and choose the one Shopify location EMMA should use.
- Lazada billing can run through Lazada
- EMMA is listed on the Lazada Service Marketplace, so if you prefer you can subscribe from inside Lazada Seller Centre and have it billed there.
- Campaign commitments
- Stock committed to a Lazada campaign cannot be reduced below the commitment. EMMA surfaces those SKUs instead of failing quietly.
