If your business requires linking more than 5 sales channels to your EMMA account, you can purchase the "Additional Sales Channels" add-on.

• Plan Requirement: This add-on is only available to users who are currently subscribed to the Advanced Plan.

  
  

💳 How to Purchase the Add-On

Follow these steps to add the "Additional Sales Channels" add-on to your subscription.

Step 1: Log In and Navigate to Settings

• Log in to your account at app.emma.com.sg

• Navigate to Settings by clicking the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Go to Manage Subscription

• Click on "Manage Subscription".

Step 3: Select Your Plan Card

• Click on the Plan Information Card (the white card displaying your current plan details).

Step 4: Edit Your Subscription

• Click on "Edit Subscription".

Step 5: Add Add-ons

• Click on "Add Add-ons".

Step 6: Select the Additional Sales Channel Add-on

• Select the "Additional Sales Channel" option and click "Add".

Step 7: Specify Quantity and Update

• Edit the quantity to reflect how many extra channels you require above the initial 5.

• Click "Update Subscription" to confirm your purchase.

Billing Note: You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the add-ons for the remainder of your current billing period immediately. From the next billing period onwards, the add-on fees will be included in your regular monthly invoice.
