Shopee inventory sync for Singapore sellers
Shopee is usually the channel that causes the oversell, because it is usually the channel with the campaign traffic. EMMA connects to your Shopee Seller Centre account and keeps its stock figure in step with every other channel you sell on.
What syncs
- Orders in
- Shopee posts each order to EMMA as it happens. Your other channels are written within seconds.
- Stock out
- Whenever the figure changes anywhere, on any channel or by hand, EMMA writes the new quantity back to Shopee.
- Matched on
- SKU. Product titles and prices differ between channels, so they cannot be used.
- Bundles
- Sync rules let a bundle on one channel draw down its component SKUs everywhere else.
Connecting it
- From Sales Channels in EMMA, choose Shopee and click Integrate.
- You are sent to Shopee Seller Centre to log in and authorise EMMA. Nothing is installed and no API keys are copied by hand.
- EMMA imports your product list and checks every SKU, flagging duplicates, blanks and invalid characters before anything syncs.
- Fix any flagged SKUs, refresh the product list, and Shopee starts syncing.
Things worth knowing
- Products sync on SKU, so every Shopee listing and variation needs a unique, non-empty SKU.
- Stock committed to a Shopee campaign is locked and cannot be pushed below the committed quantity. EMMA flags the affected SKUs instead of failing quietly.
- Editing stock directly in Seller Centre is invisible to EMMA until the next product refresh. Change stock in EMMA instead.
- Shopee authorisation expires periodically. EMMA warns you seven days out.

How quickly does Shopee stock reach my other channels?
Shopee sends EMMA a webhook the moment an order is placed, and every subsequent status change. Your other channels are written within seconds, not on an hourly schedule.
Can I connect two Shopee shops?
Yes. EMMA treats each shop as its own sales channel, so two Shopee storefronts draw down the same underlying stock rather than each thinking it owns the full quantity.
What happens during 11.11 or 12.12?
Nothing different, which is the point. Each order event is claimed exactly once before stock is touched, so a burst of traffic and duplicate webhook deliveries cannot double-deduct or lose a sale.
