What syncs
- Orders in
- EMMA watches FairPrice Marketplace continuously, so a new order reaches your other channels within minutes.
- Stock out
- Whenever the figure changes anywhere, on any channel or by hand, EMMA writes the new quantity back to FairPrice Marketplace.
- Matched on
- SKU. Product titles and prices differ between channels, so they cannot be used.
- Bundles
- Sync rules let a bundle on one channel draw down its component SKUs everywhere else.

What you need
- Every listing needs a unique, non-empty SKU. EMMA checks this during setup and shows you exactly what to fix.
- Change stock in EMMA rather than in the FairPrice dashboard, so every channel gets the new figure at the same time.
