What syncs
- Orders in
- EMMA polls FairPrice Marketplace every 5 minutes with a 10-minute overlap, so nothing falls between polls.
- Stock out
- Whenever the figure changes anywhere, on any channel or by hand, EMMA writes the new quantity back to FairPrice Marketplace.
- Matched on
- SKU. Product titles and prices differ between channels, so they cannot be used.
- Bundles
- Sync rules let a bundle on one channel draw down its component SKUs everywhere else.

- Generate an API key from your FairPrice seller dashboard.
- From Sales Channels in EMMA, choose FairPrice Marketplace and paste the key.
- EMMA imports your listings and checks SKUs before syncing.

Why is FairPrice slower than the other channels?
Because the platform offers no webhooks, so there is nothing to push us the order. EMMA polls every 5 minutes and deliberately overlaps the window by 10 minutes so an order cannot slip between polls. The overlap means the same order can arrive twice, which is handled: each order event is counted exactly once.
Do many inventory tools support FairPrice?
Not many. It is a Singapore-only marketplace, so it rarely makes an international roadmap. That is one of the practical advantages of using something built here.
