WooCommerce inventory sync with Shopee and Lazada
EMMA connects to your WordPress store over the WooCommerce API and installs its own webhook, so a sale anywhere reaches your store within seconds and a sale on your store reaches the marketplaces just as fast.

What syncs
- Orders in
- WooCommerce posts each order to EMMA as it happens. Your other channels are written within seconds.
- Stock out
- Whenever the figure changes anywhere, on any channel or by hand, EMMA writes the new quantity back to WooCommerce.
- Matched on
- SKU. Product titles and prices differ between channels, so they cannot be used.
- Bundles
- Sync rules let a bundle on one channel draw down its component SKUs everywhere else.
Connecting it
- From Sales Channels in EMMA, choose WooCommerce and enter your store URL.
- WooCommerce asks you to approve the key exchange. Approve it.
- EMMA installs its order webhook on your store automatically.
- EMMA imports your products and checks SKUs before syncing.
Things worth knowing
- Stock management must be enabled per product in WooCommerce. It is off by default on many themes and setups.
- Every product and variation needs a unique, non-empty SKU.
- Your store needs to be reachable from the internet for the webhook and API calls to work.
WooCommerce questions
Do I need to install a plugin?
No. EMMA uses the WooCommerce REST API and sets up its own webhook during connection, so there is nothing to install or maintain on your site.
Why are some products not importing?
Almost always a SKU problem or stock management left off. EMMA lists exactly which products failed and why, so you can fix them in bulk.
