What syncs
- Orders in
- TikTok Shop posts each order to EMMA as it happens. Your other channels are written within seconds.

Yes. Order events are queued and each is claimed exactly once before stock is touched, so a spike cannot cause a double deduction, and a failed job is retried by exactly one worker.
Does EMMA handle TikTok Shop cancellations?
Cancellations return the stock, and the change is recorded in the audit trail with the cancelled order as its source, so you can see why a quantity moved back up.
